It is no secret to anyone who knows me that it is my dream to complete a thru-hike of 2,000+ mile long Appalachian Trail one day, and so far I have only ever completed day hikes of sections of the trail in North Carolina and Tennessee. From these day hikes are the photos I have to show. My heart truly belongs in these mountains; they feel like coming home.
